Introducing Quadrant ID

With the release of Quadrant v24.5.0, the Privacy Policy will be updated.

What is Quadrant ID?

Quadrant ID is a new feature designed to enhance your experience with Quadrant. It is an account system that allows you to sync your modpacks with the cloud. Additionally, it increases the number of uses available in Quadrant Share from 5 to 15.

Data Collection: Using Quadrant ID or the upcoming Quadrant Sync does not require turning on optional data collection. However, Quadrant Share will still require data collection.

Availability

Initial Launch: The basic features of Quadrant ID will be introduced in version 24.5.0. Advanced Features: More sophisticated capabilities such as Quadrant Sync, email changes, and password recovery will be rolled out in later updates to version 24.5 or in subsequent versions.

Impact on Existing Users

Will this change affect users without Quadrant ID? No, it will not. All existing features, including Quadrant Share, will continue to operate as usual without the need for a Quadrant ID.
