Quadrant's July 2024 update will arrive later than usual

Unlike all the previous releases of Quadrant, v24.7 won't arrive on July 1st.

I'm not abandoning the project. I'm currently on vacation until June 30th (without my PC).

Besides, there are some issues regarding restricted app capabilities that I have to work out with Microsoft Store support.
