The March update of Quadrant and Quadrant Lite

Surprisingly, this time Quadrant Lite got more new stuff.

Quadrant Lite:

  • Updated to Slint 1.4

  • KDE Plasma 6.0 was released recently, and since it uses Qt6 at its core, I moved Quadrant Lite to Qt6 (On Linux)

Quadrant:

  • Now uses Flutter 3.19
  • Updated dependencies
